Q: What time do you wake up or does the alarm go off?

A: I usually wake up around 9 am which is considered sleeping in for me.

Q: What is your morning routine (specifically the first 15)

A: Lay in bed and snuggle with my hubby and 10-month-old daughter

A: Relax, slow down, enjoy the day

Q: What’s your go to breakfast/brunch?

A: Eggs, turkey bacon, toast,  fresh fruit, and coffee

Q: Do you give yourself any Sunday self-care treatments?

A: If I can squeeze them in...lol.  Usually I have to spread my “me” time out throughout the week;  15-30 mins here and there.  When the baby takes her evening nap is usually when I get to squeeze in my self-care time.

Q: What song is a good representation of your Sunday?

A: I can’t choose just one lol….Love & Happiness by Al Greene...it’s slow and soulful.

Q: How has your Sunday routine changed over the years?

A: Before I got married and had kids.  I could spend hours indulging in self-care and shopping at Farmers Markets, reading books, brunching with friends.  Now Sundays are spent hanging out with my kids and my hubby and catching up on chores and things that got neglected throughout the week.

A: Cooking a new recipe, reading a good book, journaling, talking or hanging out with my good friends, and having family time.
Q:
How do you prepare for the week ahead?

A: Catch up on chores and lesson plan for the week ahead.
